At Belgstrew, we strive to ensure your cake reaches you fresh and intact. Since our cakes are delicate, we use reliable third-party delivery services to maintain quality and timeliness.

1. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted delivery platforms to bring your orders to your doorstep:

  • For Bento Cakes (approx. 300g): Delivered using Porter or Uber Package service due to compact packaging.

  • For Standard & Custom Cakes: Delivered using cab services such as Uber, Rapido Cabs, Ola, or Indrive depending on availability and location.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are not included in the cake price.

  • Customers are required to pay the delivery fee directly to the cab driver or rider at the time of cake receipt.

  • Delivery cost varies based on distance and time of delivery and is set by the respective third-party service provider.

3. Service Area
We currently offer deliveries within Gurugram and nearby areas. If your location falls outside our standard delivery range, please contact us in advance for feasibility.

4. Responsibility Disclaimer
While we coordinate with experienced delivery services, Belgstrew is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues arising after the cake has been handed over to the delivery partner. Customers are advised to inspect the cake upon delivery and notify the rider immediately in case of visible damage.

5. Delivery Timing
All deliveries must be scheduled in advance. We aim to dispatch orders to arrive within the agreed timeframe, but we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance for better scheduling and availability.

If you have special delivery instructions or a preferred delivery time, please mention them while placing the order.
