Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available. You choose your delivery time slot when you place your order, and we deliver within it. For custom or tiered designs, order further ahead so we can give the design the time it deserves.
Where we deliver
We serve Gurugram and Delhi NCR. If you're outside our standard delivery zone, contact us before ordering and we'll check whether we can reach you.
How your cake travels
Bento cakes (approx. 300 g) are sent by lightweight courier such as Porter or Uber Package. Standard and custom cakes travel by cab-based logistics — Uber, Rapido, Ola or inDrive — chosen by location and availability.
Please be reachable at your slot. Cab drivers can't leave their vehicle unattended, so you'll need to collect your cake directly from the vehicle.
Delivery charges
Delivery isn't built into the cake price. Your charge is calculated at checkout based on distance from our store and current platform rates, so you only pay what the trip actually costs.

Please inspect your cake when it reaches you. If anything is wrong, report it to the delivery partner immediately and contact us within 2–4 hours with photos — see our FAQ for how replacements work.
