At Belgstrew, we specialize in freshly prepared, artisanal cakes, pastries, and hampers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once delivered, as all items are perishable and made to order.
Replacements (Eligible Cases Only)
We offer replacements only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
Reporting Timeline
Any issues must be reported within 2β4 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
How to Report an Issue
To request a replacement, customers must contact us and share clear images/videos of the product along with order details.
