At Belgstrew, every cake is freshly baked to order. To ensure quality, freshness, and a seamless experience, we request customers to review the pickup details below.

Pickup Timings

  • Pickups are available during store working hours

  • Orders are released only after confirmation that the cake is ready

⏱️ Please arrive within your selected pickup window to ensure freshness and smooth handover.

Order Preparation Time

  • All cakes are made fresh on the day of pickup

  • Standard cakes are typically ready within 3–5 hours, depending on design and customisation

  • Wedding, tier, and setup cakes may require additional preparation time

You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

Important Pickup Guidelines

  • Please inspect the cake at the time of pickup

  • Once collected, responsibility for safe handling and transport rests with the customer

  • For tall, delicate, or multi-tier cakes, we strongly recommend:

    • A flat vehicle surface

    • Minimal travel time

    • Air-conditioned transport, especially in warm weather

     

Large & Setup Cakes

For luxury setup cakes, tiered cakes, or event cakes, self-pickup is not recommended.

We advise opting for Our dedicated In House delivery via trusted to preserve structure, finish, and presentation.
